Equality Marketing

Plan Australia

Equality has a genuine understanding of our needs, provide high quality donors, and are responsive to the changing needs of the market. Their consistency and professionalism have made them an important element in Plan’s future growth strategy. Equality were ableto provide us with valuable feedback on our existing strategy and offeralternative approaches. We also sought theiradvice when redesigning some of our face-to-face fundraising collateral, whichproved very useful.

Equality Marketinghas exceeded our expectations, not only with volume, but also with the qualityof the data provided. Equality’s attrition at 100 days – our measure forquality – is around 10% lower than our other suppliers. The client managementwe receive from Equality Marketing is excellent, and we have found everyone to beprofessional and efficient in their roles. They manage all location booking andpermit management, verification calling of new donors, and provide high qualitydata entry for weekly upload into our database.

Cancer Council Western Australia

Equality workedclosely with us to develop the program and responded quicklyto any questions we had in the lead up to the program start date. During theprogram, we were given plenty of notice of planned locations, and data wassupplied to us on time, in the format we requested.

The team was excellent, very professional, and they were very engaged in the trainingprocess and learning everything they could about Cancer Council. The programwent very well, and Equality achieved the target number of supporters earlierthan expected. The data quality has been excellent, which indicates that the welcomecalls are a really effective tool and that the program recruited the right kindof donor.

We had very fewcomplaints with this program, but those we did receive were treated with theutmost seriousness by Equality, thoroughly and quickly investigated, andappropriately dealt with. Overall we couldnot be more pleased with how the program went. As a company, they workclosely with us, and we feel that they are an excellent fundraising partner, and understand the values that drive our organisation.

Zoos Victoria

Equality Marketing conducted what we believe to be a world first 'face-to-face fundraising in a Zoo'!

Our team worked at Melbourne Zoo one Autumn. We introduced the zoo's animal adoption campaign to visitors and discussed with them the need for long-term supporters. The target was achieved ahead of schedule and the campaign completed just before the start of winter, leaving behind much happier lions, giraffes, gorillas, orang-utans and snow leopards.
